One of my recent issues of Bon Appetit rated these loaf pans as the best on the market. Anyone who is working at their less than awesome bread making skillz (ahem, ME) would love to get a pair of these babies.

Years ago I had some like this. Too hard to keep clean in the corners. ended up throughing them away. Sorry about the bad review.
