About 5 years ago my little sister got me a beautiful pair of ginger scissors for Christmas...or my birthday...I can't remember which. Anyway, I loved these scissors. Unfortch, between moving almost twice a year for the past 5 years the two of us have parted ways...the scissors and I, not my sister.
If you know someone who likes to make crafts, a great set of scissors is a perfect gift! At Costco last month they had a whole 6 piece set of beautiful ginger scissors for $80 which would be great. Although, there is something nice about getting a pair of handmade scissors.
They remind me of a pair hanging of the edge of my Grandma's sewing table. Beautiful.
