My new favorite place

Yesterday I went to lunch at a new place and upon walking in I breathed a sign of relief. It was like I'd finally found a place that was designed specifically with me in mind. Just take a look at this interior:

What you are looking at is a franchised burger joint called Larkburger. Can you believe it? I couldn't. The burgers are awesome, only a little more expensive than your average fast food place and can be topped with real Tilamook cheddar served with a side of truffle Parmesan fries.

It's especially cool because every bit of packaging material is compostable and their used canola oil is recycled into bio-diesel.

Wow! Is that one in Boulder?
Don't you love how Denver/ Boulder is such a great place for restaurant innovation?
Yes, America - you can thank our area for Chipotle, Noodles & Company and I'm sure a few more that I can't think of right now.

Do they serve free ranging chicken? the only resturant chain to show an increase in business in 2008 was Hooters. They use recycled oil from cars to fry in.
