Just take a look at the interiors:
Amazing, eh? So retro that I think it is fabulous. The real challenge with this one would be choosing which details to keep and which to modernize so that you still kept the groovy vibe but made it more appealing to the general public. Am I alone in thinking that this house could be drop dead gorgeous?
It's a little our of our price range, but if you've got $270k you could have this retro-fabulous 3 bed 2 bath 1727 sq ft house all to yourself!

I love it!!! I am SO digging that blue carpet!!!!! I would find a way to keep THAT in there!
Ooh, I love it. I'm redesigning it in my head right now. I'd pull up the very retro carpet, and put down hard wood floors all the way through.
I'd knock out the white thing above the entry to the kitchen (what do you call that? Shelving?) so it would be more open. Of course, that kills a lot of the retro vibe though.
I'd put a big mantle over the fireplace to bring in more retro feel to it though. "Modern retro."
Lose the wallpapered back wall.
And probably lose the too retro chandeliers, and put in something more funky and fun.
But I love it!!!
