Another really cool house that is priced at least 100K lower than any other house on the street is this baby:
Built in 1906, and for only $199K this 3 bed, 2 bath, 1472 sq ft charmer is ready for us to bring it up to snuff. I just love the porch and the chimney. This one would require some serious work, but I'm sure my dad wouldn't mind coming to town to help out...
