welcome home, new chair

Good news...the new chair came WAY faster than the baby! We picked it up on Saturday and it's basically been filled ever since.

We had to totally rearrange the furniture in the whole room, and I still feel like the furniture really is too big for the space. But I just don't care because it is so warm and cozy in our front room now I may never leave.

Which is a good thing because there is a house in our neighborhood that I feel head over heels in love with 3 years ago when we moved in. And they just listed the house for sale last week! I seriously contemplated making an offer, putting our house on the market, packing up all our stuff and moving 3 blocks while 7.5 months pregnant just so we could live there....

...the ear doctor thinks I am nuts. He's probably right.

smaller house = less cleaning = more time = very important with new baby.
Plus your house is cute!

I thought you were going to put that thing in the dining room.

I am dying to see your house in person. Is that creepy?

Yay, for your new chair!! It looks just right in your living room :) Yeah, maybe do the whole moving thing when you're not pregnant...

Having moved VERY pregnant - more than once - & with newborns, moving while pregnant for the first time is actually easier - one less person to feed & tend while you move. Bigger concideration - are you going to be in Denver long enough to justify the cost & hassle of buying a new house & selling the current house(ask Maggie how much more work it is to sell a house than buy one.)
Great chair - hope you get to enjoy it once in awhile.
